Staurogyne Repens ~ Potted

Staurogyne repens is a compact, bright green aquarium plant highly valued for its dense, low-growing form and versatility in aquascaping. Its small, vibrant leaves and creeping growth habit make it perfect for creating lush foreground carpets or natural-looking midground transitions. When planted in groups, S. repens forms a thick, bushy mat that adds beautiful texture and depth to freshwater tanks. This hardy species thrives in a wide range of water conditions and is well-suited for both beginners and seasoned aquascapers. Moderate lighting and nutrient-rich substrate will encourage steady, compact growth, while CO₂ supplementation enhances color and density.
