Matt Joyce of Empire Custom Builders teamed up with his wife Kelly Joyce to create a one of a kind shopping experience in the heart of Downtown DeLand FL. It is a seamless blend of old FL class and new modern style. The original floor from the 1800’s was painstakingly restored and brought back from years of being covered by carpet and vinyl flooring. Matt’s talents as an award wining custom home builder shine as our store showcases a truly unique buildout.
